Job summary

Mai Dubai is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Supervisor to oversee daily digital commerce activities across our website, mobile app, marketplaces and partner platforms. You will ensure accurate listings, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility and smooth order processing while coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, IT and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in e-commerce or digital operations, with at least 1 year in leadership, preferably in FMCG or retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Analytics are an added advantage.
• 4-8 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, home delivery, or omnichannel operations, with exposure to managing company-owned e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, SAP/ERP systems, CRM, Google Analytics, digital merchandising, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to supervise teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver a seamless customer experience across digital channels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily e-commerce operations for the Home Office business across the company website, mobile app, marketplaces and partner platforms.
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory visibility and seamless order processing across all digital channels.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service and IT to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Monitor sales performance, order fulfillment, customer satisfaction and KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Support execution of online campaigns, product launches and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
• Supervise and guide the e-commerce operations team to ensure productivity, service excellence and compliance with standards.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, operational performance, customer insights and improvement opportunities.
