Job summary

Vellato, a garments factory headquartered in Sharjah, UAE, seeks an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee site updates, orders, payments and indexing. The role requires strong Shopify knowledge and proficiency in Arabic and English.

You will coordinate with Social Media, Content Creator and Web Developer to maximise sales, and organise outsourced Customer Support and Performance Marketing. On-site role with a starting salary of 5,000 AED, rising after six months of probation.

Main Works

• 1: Oversees site updates and indexing, processes orders, monitors courier hand-offs, receives payments.
• 3: Manages Social Media & Content Creator and Web Developer to maximize sales.
• 4: Organize and manage outsourced Customer Support Agent and Performance Marketer.
• 5: Search for suitable staff for online business, test and select them, and after hiring, manage their work.
• 6: Cooperate with showroom staff to receive visiting customers.

Salary Package

• 1: Basic salary starts from 5000 AED per month with other allowances.
• 2: After 6 months' probation, basic salary starts from 6000 AED.
• 3: After probation, performance-based incentives are provided.
