About Sparta Protein

Sparta Protein is a growing supplements and sports nutrition retail business in the UAE, with a physical store and an online store serving customers across the UAE. We are looking for a motivated and experienced E-commerce & Online Sales Executive to join our team and take responsibility for growing our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow online sales through the Sparta Protein website.
• Add, update and manage products, prices, images, descriptions and inventory on the website.
• List and manage products on marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon and Trendyol.
• Follow up on online orders and customers from order placement to delivery.
• Respond to online customer inquiries and convert inquiries into sales.
• Monitor product performance, sales and online store activity.
• Improve product listings and online merchandising to increase sales.
• Coordinate with the team regarding stock availability, orders and deliveries.
• Help develop promotions and online offers to increase sales.
• Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date across online platforms.

Requirements

• Previous experience in E-commerce and Online Sales is required.
• Hands-on experience managing an online store or e-commerce platform.
• Experience listing products on Amazon, Noon and/or Trendyol.
• Good understanding of online selling and customer conversion.
• Experience with product uploading, descriptions, pricing and inventory management.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for online sales.
• Experience in supplements, sports nutrition, fitness or retail is a plus.
• Must currently be in the UAE.
• Valid UAE residence visa that is transferable.
