Job summary
The Emirates Group is seeking an E-Commerce Officer in Dubai to provide comprehensive support to the eCommerce Distribution team, administering support for commercial partners to optimise online passenger revenue and customer service levels.
You will coordinate with key departments, including Corporate Communications and Pricing and Commercial Operations, to identify online revenue opportunities and drive initiatives across platforms such as IBE, OLCI, Skywards and related apps.
Job description
Provide comprehensive support to the eCommerce Distribution team by administering support for commercial and other parties to optimise online (IBE, OLCI, Skywards, Apps, etc) passenger revenue and online customer service levels. Manage and coordinate with all necessary departments, including Corporate Communications and Pricing and Commercial Operations, to assist in the identification of online revenue opportunities.
