Vellato, a garments factory headquartered in Sharjah, UAE, seeks an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee site updates, orders, payments and indexing. The role requires strong Shopify knowledge and proficiency in Arabic and English.

You will coordinate with Social Media, Content Creator and Web Developer to maximise sales, and organise outsourced Customer Support and Performance Marketing. On-site role with a starting salary of 5,000 AED, rising after six months of probation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce business.
• Proficient in Shopify and social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site updates and indexing; manage orders and payments.
• Coordinate with Social Media, Content Creator and Web Developer to maximise sales.
• Organise and manage outsourced Customer Support Agent and Performance Marketer.
• Search for suitable staff for online business, test and hire them, then manage their work.
• Collaborate with showroom staff to receive visiting customers.
