Job summary

Tanqeeb is hiring a Product Listing Executive to manage and optimize e-commerce catalogs. The role focuses on creating and updating product listings, ensuring accuracy of titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and categories across platforms, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product listing or catalog operations, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and e-commerce workflows. Hybrid, part-time UAE-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product listing, e-commerce operations, or catalog administration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with catalogs, listing workflows, and marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across assigned platforms.
• Enter and manage titles, descriptions, specs, pricing, images, and categories.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and formatting.
• Upload product images, documents, and supporting content.
• Update listings with pricing, stock, promotions, or revisions.
• Monitor listings for missing data, duplicates, or misclassification.
• Coordinate with teams on product information and launches.
• Prepare basic listing reports and status updates.
