Job summary

Minor Hotels seeks an experienced eCommerce & Distribution Manager to define and execute the hotel property’s digital and ecommerce strategy. You will coordinate channels, optimize content, and drive revenue growth across online distribution partners.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage agencies, and develop ROI-driven marketing programs including SEO/SEM, email, and social campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce management.
• Experience in distribution operations or supply chain management.
• Proven leadership of teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software.
