Job summary

NextWaveBuild is seeking a Course Leader to oversee the E-commerce and Dropshipping course across three pathways. You will maintain consistent teaching, assessment, and learner support standards, and review course materials for improvements.

You will deliver weekly training and practical workshops at the Dubai office, guiding learners through project planning and development while applying real-world e-commerce methods and tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading online/ecommerce course delivery.
• Experience teaching adults through structured courses, workshops or bootcamps.
• Strong capability to mentor learners and identify improvement needs.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to beginners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the E-commerce and Dropshipping course across three pathways.
• Deliver weekly training sessions and practical workshops at the Dubai office.
• Assess weekly assignments and final projects with rubrics, provide feedback within 48 hours.
• Mentor learners with regular one-to-one check-ins and improvement plans.
• Report welfare or conduct concerns to the Program Director.
