Job summary

NextWave Education in Dubai seeks a Hiring Lead Faculty for the E-commerce Dropshipping programme. You will lead academic and technical standards, deliver live sessions, mentor participants, and oversee assessment within a twelve-week cycle.

This on-site role requires a strong teaching background, six+ years in e-commerce, and hands-on experience with Shopify or similar platforms. You will line-manage trainers and report to the Program Director.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business, commerce, marketing, management or related discipline; plus a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum six years of professional experience in e-commerce and people development.
At least three years operating e-commerce with commercial results.
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.
Experience in supplier sourcing, unit economics, pricing, paid acquisition and funnel analysis.
Recognised teaching qualification with assessment and internal quality assurance ability.

Responsibilities

Set and maintain the technical standard across the programme pathways.
Deliver live sessions, product store demonstrations and technical clinics.
Mentor participants through the twelve‑week build and provide evidence‑based feedback.
Assess submissions against rubrics and maintain audit trails.
Lead internal verification sampling and standardisation.
Line manage trainers, assessors and mentors and report progression to the Program Director.
