Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in retail operations, ecommerce operations, event management, or brand coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with sales data and performance reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, liaising with brands and teams.
• Highly organised with time management and accuracy with numbers.
• Proficient in verbal and written English; Arabic a plus.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Account Support: assist across the full brand partnership cycle, draft proposals and contracts, and update brand files.
• Event Planning & Execution: help prepare online and offline flash sales, coordinate calendars and checklists.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare stock analyses, post-event reports, and learnings for brands and teams.
