Job summary

Platinumlist, a leading Dubai-based ticketing platform, seeks a Marketing Account Executive to support the Marketing Account Manager in day‑to‑day coordination of accounts and delivery of Marketing Services. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage timelines, and ensure updates from organizers are incorporated smoothly.

The role involves supporting digital campaigns, CRM activities, landing pages and creative solutions for event organisers across UAE.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, client servicing, or a related field.
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms and channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat) and CRM.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with initiative to drive tasks forward.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and manage internal follow-ups.
• Basic Canva knowledge to support proposals and presentations.
• Experience in events, entertainment, or ticketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or Russian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Account Manager with day-to-day account activities and Marketing Services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns, creative packages, landing pages, CRM activities are on brief and on time.
• Prepare briefs, requirements, timelines and materials for relevant teams.
• Monitor progress of Marketing Services deliverables and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate organizer feedback, requests and updates to relevant teams.
• Maintain trackers, timelines and action lists for ongoing accounts.
• Assist with campaign plans, proposals, presentations and activation schedules.
• Gather updates from teams and support organizer updates and reporting.
