We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynatrace Functional Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our IT and operations team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Dynatrace solutions for monitoring and managing our IT infrastructure, applications, and services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynatrace and be passionate about leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Earn the confidence of customers and colleagues as a trusted advisor in Application Performance Management
• Represent Dynatrace as a product expert on its technology
• Ensure effective monitoring of critical business applications at customer sites
• Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and alerts to meet customer requirements
• Help customers troubleshoot, profile, and predict application performance issues
• Mentor and train customers on Dynatrace technology and best practices
• Build Dynatrace brand loyalty and uphold its solution against competitive threats

Must Have

• Extensive experience working as an Implementation / Delivery engineer within the IT Industry
• Excitement and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Passion for IT development and desire to gain in-depth knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree or major in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent training or coursework experience
• Solid understanding of Java, C#, .Net, Python or similar programming languages
• Solid understanding of PaaS concepts and implementations such as CloudFoundry, Kubernetes/OpenShift, or similar offerings
• Solid to expert hands‑on experience with SQL
• Prior hands‑on experience providing troubleshooting expertise for performance and other issues
• Interest in web programming and Object‑Oriented design
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Certification in Dynatrace
