Job summary

Savills Group is seeking a Payroll & Data Migration Analyst to lead a 12-month payroll data migration project as part of a Dynamics 365 F&O implementation. You will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely payroll processing during the transition, collaborating with HR, Finance, and external partners across UAE and the wider MENA region.

The role requires hands-on Dynamics 365 F&O experience, strong regional payroll knowledge, and meticulous data handling to support compliance with UAE labour

Qualifications

• 3–5 years payroll/data migration experience.
• Experience in UAE-based organisations or MENA region.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Advanced Excel for validation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll data migration into Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Validate, cleanse, and reconcile legacy payroll data.
• Map payroll elements across systems and teams.
• Assist in system configuration testing, including parallel runs and UAT.
• Identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies during migration.
• Assist payroll processing during the transition to ensure continuity.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, compliant, and timely.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT/partners, and external vendors.
