Qualifications

• Experience in sales coordination, order management, or client support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and documentation.
• Manage order processing from receipt to delivery.
• Maintain and update CRM and customer records.
• Liaise with internal teams including logistics, store, finance, production.
• Prepare sales contracts, proforma invoices, reports and presentations.
• Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability updates.
• Conduct basic market research and analyze sales trends.
• Ensure accuracy in sales documentation and reporting.
• Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Generate and track KPIs, sales performance and forecasts.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and post-sales satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to streamline workflows.
