Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Coding Specialist and AI Trainer fluent in Dutch for a freelance contract based in the United Arab Emirates.

You’ll evaluate model reasoning on software engineering tasks, assess code quality, and document reproducible failures with precise Dutch explanations. The role blends hands-on technical assessment with linguistic evaluation, enabling remote work and measurable impact on AI systems across algorithms, architecture, cloud, and systems programming for software

Qualifications

Strong coding or software engineering experience.
Fluent Dutch language skills.
Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in CS or SE preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage with advanced AI models on software engineering tasks in Dutch.
Evaluate model responses for technical correctness and coding quality.
Assess AI performance across algorithms, data structures, architecture, backend/frontend, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
Challenge models with topics like asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, OOP, secure coding, and distributed systems debugging.
Verify Dutch language usage in technical interactions and document issues with reproducible detail.
