Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Wet Utilities Inspector in Dubai to oversee underground utility construction, verify workmanship, witness hydrostatic and leakage tests, and ensure compliance with drawings and authority requirements. The role requires coordination with contractors, surveyors, testing personnel, and engineers to support reliable commissioning of water, drainage and sewer networks.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree with 5+ years of site supervision experience in wet utility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' field construction supervision experience on wet utilities.
• Experience with hydrostatic, leakage, gravity sewer and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wet utility construction against drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Monitor potable water, firefighting, irrigation, stormwater and sewer systems.
• Document nonconformances and escalate to Resident Engineer.
• Maintain daily site diaries and inspection records.
• Coordinate with survey teams for alignment, levels and gradients.
