Qualifications

• 2-3 years UAE Freezone and Mainland warehouse operations experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations across UAE Freezone and Mainland facilities
• Prepare and manage warehouse billing, documentation, and operational records
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock movement and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth warehouse operations
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and warehouse management procedures
• Ensure daily warehouse activities are completed efficiently and in line with company standards
