Job summary

Journey Wise Tourism LLC in Deira, Dubai is seeking a confident Sales & Admin Executive to join our team. The role combines customer sales, lead follow-ups, booking assistance and day-to-day administrative support.

Requirements include excellent English and strong customer-service skills, with Filipino/Tagalog proficiency preferred. UAE experience is a plus and the position is full-time with salary 1,500–2,500 AED/month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Filipino/Tagalog language proficiency strongly preferred due to our customer communication requirements.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in sales and customer follow-ups.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets and online systems.
• Organized, responsible and able to multitask.
• Previous sales, customer service, administration or travel experience preferred.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Candidates currently in the UAE and available to join soon preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email and walk-ins.
• Promote and sell attraction tickets, tours, hotels, transfers and other travel services.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with leads.
• Convert enquiries into bookings.
• Assist with travel bookings, ticket issuance and customer confirmations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and travel partners.
• Maintain booking, customer and sales records.
• Handle general administrative and office tasks.
• Assist with promotions and basic social-media/marketing activities.
