Job summary

Infinite pearls Tourism LLC is seeking a Tele Executive in Dubai to drive outbound calls, promote travel packages, and close sales. You will schedule appointments, maintain CRM records, and follow up with customers to meet daily and monthly targets.

The role requires strong communication in English and Hindi, with Malayalam or Tamil a plus. Prior telemarketing or telesales experience is preferred, and visa employment may apply under UAE law.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Malayalam, Tamil is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Introduce and promote the company s travel and tourism packages.
• Explain offers promotions and holiday packages clearly.
• Schedule appointments for interested clients.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
