Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services seeks a Dubai-based accounting professional to manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions in Odoo and strict VAT compliance. The role covers AP/AR oversight, payment processing, reconciliation, and monthly reporting across travel bookings.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Reservations to resolve discrepancies, maintain proper approvals, and uphold confidentiality and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and UAE VAT requirements.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; Odoo preferred.
• Arabic-speaking with strong English and ability to coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, recording financial transactions and documentation in Odoo.
• Oversee AP/AR, monitor payments, balances, and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Perform reconciliations and reporting, investigate discrepancies, support VAT documentation and audits.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Reservations to resolve booking-related accounting issues.
