Job summary

dnata, a global air and travel services provider, is seeking a Contract/Facilities Manager in Dubai. You will handle tenancy lifecycles, coordinate with internal and external parties, and contribute to pricing and procedural improvements.

Required is a Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years in airline contracts and facilities management, plus strong English and analytical skills. The role supports dnata's diverse, safety-focused operations and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years airline industry experience, esp. contracts and facilities management.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies and controls.
• Execute day-to-day tasks and ensure standards compliance.
• Manage office and warehouse tenancy renewals and terminations at dnata Freight Gates.
• Liaise with internal teams, maintenance, and subcontractors to satisfy customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and cost efficiency.
• Analyse tariffs and prepare pricing packages for cargo terminals in coordination.
• Use systems to access tariff and contract information and assist with automation.
• Liaise with Finance, Revenue, and Operations to address issues and corrective actions.
• Assist budgeting and respond to auditors with required information.
