Job summary

dnata is a global air and travel services provider. As a Tenancy Contract Support Officer in Dubai, you will manage tenancy and tariff agreements for cargo terminals, coordinate with Finance, Revenue, and Operations, and drive process improvements to optimize costs and service levels.

You will review contracts, prepare documentation, support budgets, and respond to auditors with timely reports. A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years in airline contract management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good standard of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Capable of working independently and adapting to changing trends and technologies.
• Demonstrate strong safety awareness and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies and controls.
• Manage new requests, renewals, and terminations of office/warehouse tenancies.
• Liaise with internal departments and subcontractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Analyse tariffs and recommend pricing packages for cargo terminals.
