Job summary

Dautom is assisting a globally recognized client in Dubai, UAE to hire a Contract Specialist. You will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle for procurement, indirect services, and operations within FMCG, F&B, dairy, and poultry sectors.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and monitor contracts, ensuring UAE compliance and alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and renewal terms. Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and operations to optimize performance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, SCM or related field.
• 4–7 years in contract management for FMCG/F&B/dairy/poultry.
• Experience with supplier, service, procurement contracts and commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, payment terms and renewals.
• Knowledge of UAE laws and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Handle contracts related to facilities management, maintenance, logistics, transportation, manpower, IT, and other indirect services.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, payment terms, SLAs, and renewal conditions.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, commercial requirements, and UAE laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams for contract reviews and approvals.
• Monitor contract expiry dates, renewals, amendments, and termination clauses.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Maintain contract records and a centralized contract database.
• Support vendor negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Track contract performance, cost optimization opportunities, and supplier compliance.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring contracts related to procurement, indirect services, and business operations within the FMCG, F&B, dairy, and poultry industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in contract management, preferably within FMCG, F&B, dairy, poultry, or food manufacturing.
• Experience handling supplier agreements, service contracts, procurement contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Strength in contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and contract lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, payment terms, liability clauses, and contract renewals.
• Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or contract management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE commercial practices and contract compliance requirements.
