The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in Dubai, specializing in residential property maintenance, inspections, snagging, defect assessment, and handover procedures.

The role involves managing unit maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring high tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, incl. 10+ years in Dubai in residential property maintenance, inspections, snagging, defect assessment and handover procedures.
• Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Civil Engineering, Building Services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage unit maintenance, repairs and contractors.
