Job summary

ConFlip in Dubai is seeking an experienced sommelier for a full-time role, offering a competitive salary of AED 1,000 per month. Immigrant candidates are welcome to apply.

You will provide wine recommendations, manage inventory and ordering, oversee storage and temperature control, and train waiting staff on product knowledge and service standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sommelier experience in a restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• WSET Level 3 (or higher) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality sommelier service to customers and recommend wines/beverages to accompany meals.
• Oversee wine inventory, ordering, storage, rotation and temperature control.
• Train wait staff on product knowledge and service standards.
