Qualifications

• 3–5 years in social media, influencer marketing, or community management.
• Native to social media with fluent English.
• Live in Dubai and deeply understand the culture.
• Has run influencer campaigns with measurable results.
• Culturally fluent—adapts content, not just translates.
• Understands luxury brand positioning and authentic storytelling.
• Is a relationship builder—creators and community leaders want to work with you.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to secure value through smart partnerships.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Calendar: Build monthly and quarterly content plans across platforms.
• Content Direction: Write briefs, hooks, scripts, and shot lists reflecting premium tone.
• Community Management: Manage DMs, comments, and customer interactions with empathy.
• Influencer & Creator Program: Lead gifting, seeding, collaborations, and affiliate programs.
• Brand Safety & Quality Control: Maintain premium positioning and crisis communication when needed.
• Vendor & Production Coordination: Manage freelancers, timelines, budgets, and approvals.
