Job summary

HTrust Consulting is seeking a highly creative Social Media & Content Manager in Dubai to own and grow social media presence across multiple brand accounts. Location: Dubai, UAE. Package: 4-5K AED monthly.

The role requires hands-on content creation, youth-culture insight, and proactive community management across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. You will develop calendars, produce short-form videos, coordinate with creators and UGC contributors, and translate global trends into locally

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 3-6 years of relevant social media content or digital marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content.
• Demonstrated ability to personally create content rather than only managing agencies or designers.
• Strong smartphone photography and videography skills.
• Video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe or equivalent tools.
• Excellent understanding of social trends and youth culture.
• Strong written English and caption-writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Own and manage three social media accounts, develop monthly calendars, plan a balanced mix of formats, manage posting, maintain brand voice and identity, monitor performance.
• Content Creation: Develop original social-first content concepts, shoot and edit short-form videos, write hooks and captions, collaborate with teams and creators.
• Youth Culture & Brand Development: Develop a youth-focused social identity, stay connected with UAE and global youth culture, translate trends into locally relevant content.
• Community Management: Manage comments and messages, build relationships with followers, encourage community participation, identify advocates.
• Influencers, Creators & UGC: Identify creators, coordinate collaborations, source high-quality UGC, maintain brand alignment.
• Events & Retail Content: Capture content at activations, launches, pop-ups; work with retail teams to identify opportunities.
• Performance & Reporting: Track metrics, identify resonating formats, prepare monthly reports, recommend content changes.
