Exotic Colors By MAYSARi in Dubai invites applications for Beauty Advisor / Retail Sales Associate in Skin Care & Cosmetics. This full-time, in-store role puts you at the face of the brand, welcoming customers and guiding them to the right products.

You will build rapport, explain product usage, meet monthly sales targets, and work in premium health & beauty spaces across Dubai. Prior 1–3 years in retail is preferred; fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in health & beauty, skin care or cosmetics.
• Confident communicator in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and work toward monthly targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Advise customers on health & beauty and skin care products and explain usage.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Promote new arrivals, collections and seasonal offers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep merchandise well displayed and in line with visual standards.
• Follow company policies on customer service and sales processes.
