Exotic Colors By MAYSARi in Dubai invites applications for Beauty Advisor / Retail Sales Associate in Skin Care & Cosmetics. This full-time, in-store role puts you at the face of the brand, welcoming customers and guiding them to the right products.

You will build rapport, explain product usage, meet monthly sales targets, and work in premium health & beauty spaces across Dubai. Prior 1–3 years in retail is preferred; fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in health & beauty, skin care or cosmetics.
• Confident communicator in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and work toward monthly targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Join exotiColors By MAYSARi, a UAE retail group established in 2009 with 30+ shops and kiosks across the country. We are hiring 2 Beauty Advisors (Retail Sales Associates) for our skin care and cosmetics stores in Dubai.

This is a full-time, in-store sales role. You will be the face of the brand: welcoming customers, understanding their skin care needs, and recommending the right products.

What you will do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  
• Advise customers on our health & beauty and skin care products and explain product usage.
  
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  
• Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers.
  
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  
• Keep merchandise well displayed, replenished, and in line with visual merchandising standards.
  
• Follow company policies on customer service and sales processes.
  

Working hours: full-time, retail shifts (mall hours), including weekends on rotation.

Location: Dubai, UAE. Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.

Salary: AED 2,350 basic + uncapped sales commission + medical insurance and standard UAE benefits.
