Exotic Colors By MAYSARi in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Retail Sales Associate) for its skin care and cosmetics stores. This is a full-time, in-store sales role based in the UAE.

You will greet customers, assess their skin care needs, and recommend products. Expect to meet monthly sales targets, maintain attractive displays, and participate in brand training and promo events. English fluency preferred; Arabic helpful.

Qualifications

• Currently based in UAE.
• Minimum 1–2 years proven retail sales experience, preferably in health & beauty, skin care, or cosmetics.
• Strong sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling.
• Fluent communicator in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to meet monthly sales targets.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• High school diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Advise customers on health & beauty and skin care products and explain product usage.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Promote new arrivals, collections, and seasonal offers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep merchandise well displayed, replenished, and in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Follow company policies on customer service and sales processes.
