Job summary

Exotic Colors by MAYSARi in Dubai seeks 2 Beauty Advisors (Retail Sales Associates) to join our skin care and cosmetics stores. This is a full-time, in-store role focused on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, promote new arrivals, and help achieve monthly sales targets. UAE-based candidates only; monthly base salary AED 2,350 plus uncapped commission, medical insurance and UAE benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years retail sales experience in health & beauty preferred.
• Strong sales techniques, customer profiling and upselling.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers and provides an exceptional shopping experience.
• Advises on health & beauty products and explains usage.
• Offers tailored product recommendations and promotes new arrivals.
• Meets and aims to exceed monthly sales targets.
