exotiColors By MAYSARi in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Retail Sales Associate) to engage customers, assess skincare needs, and recommend products in our in-store cosmetics stores.

The role is full-time, in-store, with weekend rotation and a target-driven environment. You will be the face of the brand, delivering expert product advice and contributing to sales and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years proven retail sales experience, preferably in health & beauty, skin care, or cosmetics.
• Strong sales techniques and ability to upsell.
• Confident communicator in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Advise customers on health & beauty and skin care products and explain product usage.
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep merchandise well displayed and replenish according to visual merchandising standards.
