MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C is seeking a friendly Salon Receptionist fluent in Russian and English to be the first point of contact for clients. You will manage appointments, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the salon.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Russian and English.
• Experience as receptionist or in customer service, preferably in a salon.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with appointment scheduling software and CRM systems.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage appointment bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person.
• Handle client inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and assist with membership or service packages.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Manage product inventory and assist in sales of salon products.
• Record daily sales and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with stylists and other staff to optimize appointment scheduling.
