Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare and share quotations and service details with customers.
• Negotiate with customers when required and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Monitor competitors and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Manage and promote the company's social media presence.
• Create posts, stories, reels, and promotional content related to cargo services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and leads received through social media.
• Develop digital marketing campaigns to generate new inquiries and customers.
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns when required.
