Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in sales support or coordination is a plus.
• Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Coordinate between sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation using MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/PDF.
