Job summary

L&T Construction – Transportation Infrastructure IC in Dubai seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead all Environment, Health and Safety activities for a major Roads EPC project. You will develop and implement project-specific EHS systems, ensure compliance with UAE regulations and RTA standards, and supervise site EHS teams to foster a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in EHS management within construction, infrastructure, roads or EPC projects.
• Mandatory prior experience with RTA projects in Dubai and UAE EHS regulatory knowledge.
• Proven leadership of project EHS teams and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project EHS management and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and RTA standards.
• Oversee safety for road/highway construction activities, traffic management, and heavy equipment operations.
• Coordinate with RTA, client teams, consultants, and subcontractors; conduct audits and incident investigations.
• Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
• Organize training, toolbox talks, and safety culture initiatives across all shifts.
