Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for a major Roads EPC project in Dubai. You will lead the project EHS team, develop management plans, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations, Dubai Municipality, and RTA standards.

The role requires 15+ years in EHS within construction/infrastructure, with prior Dubai RTA project exposure. NEBOSH/IOSH credentials are a plus; strong leadership and audit skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in EHS management within construction, infrastructure, roads, highways, or EPC projects.
• Prior experience with RTA projects in Dubai is mandatory.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent safety certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EHS activities for a major Roads EPC project in Dubai.
• Develop and implement project-specific EHS management plans and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate with RTA, client teams, and consultants to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct EHS audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments; drive corrective actions.
