Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an seasoned EHS Manager to lead all Environment, Health & Safety activities for a major Roads EPC project in Dubai. You will ensure compliance with UAE regulations, Dubai Municipality, and RTA standards while developing project-specific EHS management systems and driving a proactive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS activities for a major Roads EPC project in Dubai and oversee site EHS teams.
• Develop and implement project-specific EHS plans aligned with L&T policies and UAE regulations.
• Drive EHS audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with RTA, clients, consultants, and authorities on safety matters.
• Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and organize emergency drills.
