Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead all Environment, Health & Safety activities for a major Roads EPC project, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, Dubai Municipality, RTA standards, and client requirements on site.

You will build and run project-specific EHS systems, supervise site EHS teams, manage risk assessments, incidents, and training, and foster a strong safety culture across subcontractors and workforce.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of EHS management experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Prior RTA Dubai project experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE EHS regulations and permit-to-work systems.
• Experience leading project-level EHS teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific EHS plans.
• Manage road/highway construction safety, traffic management, and utilities works.
• Lead risk assessments, JSA, and method statement reviews.
• Coordinate with RTA, client teams, consultants, and authorities.
• Oversee incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and drills.
• Direct EHS team members and subcontractor safety performance.
• Ensure environmental management and waste control.
• Produce periodic EHS reports, dashboards, and observations tracking.
