Job summary

RMG Talent is seeking a seasoned Retention Floor Manager to lead a Dubai-based team within a regulated Forex/CFD brokerage. You will coach, motivate and drive retention, deposits and trading activity to meet ambitious KPIs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Compliance and CRM, ensure regulatory compliance and deliver regular performance reports. A relocation package and visa support are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a retention team in a regulated Forex/CFD brokerage
• Proven ability to meet retention and revenue targets
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people management skills
• Experience with CRM systems and data reporting
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a retention team to hit KPIs
• Drive client retention, deposits and trading activity through coaching
• Monitor daily call quality, performance and productivity
• Conduct regular one-to-one coaching and performance reviews
• Develop strategies to maximize client lifetime value
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, CRM and Management teams; produce reports
