Job summary

Workato is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for its Dubai location. The role focuses on seamless daily restaurant operations, optimizing service quality, and driving profitability.

The candidate will lead staff, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage programmatic improvements in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, has 3+ years in hospitality management, and is fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a management role in the hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations; familiarity with POS systems desired.
• Fluency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, customer service, menu planning, budgeting and cost control
• Develop strategies for improving customer service
• Train staff on restaurant policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels; order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations; maintain cleanliness standards
• Manage payroll; process employee schedules
• Analyze financial data to inform decisions on increasing profit margins
