Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required.
• Excellent leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills with understanding of financial management principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor restaurant operations to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage staff schedules and assign tasks while monitoring performance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff including setting goals for employees.
• Supervise day-to-day operations such as ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, taking inventory.
• Handle customer inquiries/complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain records of sales, expenses, stock levels, etc.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability.
