Job summary

Noren in Dubai is seeking an experienced restaurant/hospitality leader to oversee daily front-of-house and overall operations from opening to close. You will recruit, train the opening team, set service standards, manage rosters and budgets, and handle guest feedback while upholding the brand.

The role requires evenings and weekends, with immediate availability and strong growth opportunities within a developing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant/hospitality management.
• Pre-opening/launch experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and budget skills.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and pre-opening schedule.
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and overall restaurant operations, from opening to close.
• Set, communicate, and uphold service, quality, and brand standards across all departments.
• Recruit, onboard, and train the opening team, building a strong service culture from day one.
• Manage rosters, budgets, supplier relationships, and day-to-day operational costs.
• Handle guest feedback and service escalations with professionalism and composure.
