Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
• Train staff on restaurant policies, procedures and customer service standards.
• Monitor customer ratings and feedback to gauge satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Encourage and motivate the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Drive sales growth through strategies to increase average order value (AOV).
• Conduct regular mystery dinners to evaluate service quality and recognize performance.
• Ensure food display areas are visually appealing, clean and well-organized.
• Collaborate with kitchen for timely food preparation and presentation.
• Assist in scheduling staff and optimizing labor costs during peak hours and events.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing supply orders to minimize waste.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and sales techniques.
