• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or similar field.
• At least three years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, customer relations, menu planning, food preparation, storage, cash management, budgeting and ordering of supplies.
• Planning special events such as banquets or buffet services as required.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Recruiting new staff members such as chefs or waiters/waitresses.
• Performing administrative tasks such as paperwork or record keeping.
