Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant best practices
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations including staffing, inventory management, budgeting, and marketing
• Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met at all times
• Train and supervise staff members to maintain a positive work environment
• Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards in accordance with local regulations
