Job summary

Creative Home Building Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of residential renovation projects, running 2–4 concurrently. You will own the programme, budget, subcontractors, authority approvals, and client relationships on site, reporting to the General Manager.

You will collaborate with the design team, estimator, and site supervisors. A Civil Engineering background with 5+ years UAE experience and a proven track record in AED

Qualifications

• Education: Civil Engineering background.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in UAE residential renovation or fit-out.
• Track Record: Delivered projects in the AED 200,000–1,500,000 range.
• Multi-Project Management: Managed 2–4 concurrent projects.
• Approvals: Experience securing approvals from Nakheel, Emaar, or other Dubai authorities.
• Swimming pool and landscaping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of residential renovations and commercial projects.
• Manage 2–4 concurrent project lifecycles from mobilization to handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and budgets.
• Coordinate trades on site and with the in-house team and subcontractors.
• Secure approvals from Dubai master developers and authorities.
• Provide weekly progress updates to clients and manage expectations.
