Qualifications

• Real estate credentials; valid license and practical experience.
• Residential real estate expertise including listing, marketing, and advisory.
• Sales track record, including new home sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation to build client relationships.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations; RERA certification is a bonus.
• On-site availability; ability to manage multiple clients and properties.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM, and social media for lead generation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
