Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of real estate experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
• Real-time management and updates on CRM.
• Negotiate favorable terms for clients and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify client needs, goals, and preferred strategies; provide guidance.
• Lead management: contact leads on time and qualify requests.
• Conduct meetings, property tours and online calls with clients.
• Provide market analyses, pricing, values and trends.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers and purchase agreements.
• Follow up with clients regularly to conclude deals.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.
