Mogi I/O in Dubai is seeking a Property Consultant - Residential Investments with at least 2 years of Dubai real estate brokerage experience. You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and guide buyers and investors through viewings, offers, and closures in a dynamic market.

Ideal candidates possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of Dubai communities, and the ability to originate leads.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of direct real estate brokerage experience in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of Dubai communities, property developments, pricing, and current market dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business through direct prospecting, referrals, networking, database activity, and existing market relationships.
• Build a qualified network of buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants, and property owners.
• Assess client requirements including budget, preferred community, property type, investment objectives, and expected transaction timeline.
• Identify residential properties that match client requirements and present relevant opportunities clearly.
• Arrange and conduct viewings while providing useful information about pricing, communities, amenities, developments, and market conditions.
• Advise buyers and investors on suitable opportunities using current knowledge of Dubai's residential property landscape.
• Negotiate sales and leasing terms while maintaining productive communication between transaction parties.
• Progress deals from initial enquiry and qualification through viewing, offer, negotiation, documentation, and completion.
• Establish relationships with property owners to secure listings and create future brokerage opportunities.
• Maintain a well-managed pipeline covering leads, active clients, listings, viewings, negotiations, and anticipated closures.
• Follow new project launches, community performance, transaction activity, pricing movements, and changes in buyer demand.
• Re-engage former clients and prospects to generate repeat transactions, referrals, and investment enquiries.
